We can't bla...It was a very high tourist price. We can't blame them as it was in Hysan Place. It was unreal to open a Wonton & Congee shop in a place like that. The " Michelin curse " is killing more and more good small businesses in Hong Kong. Michelin listing means rent increase,loss of local customers due to high price and long queue After the tourists realize they could get nearly the same quality stuff everywhere in Hong Kong for a much lower price, the long queue disappears and they gone broke sadly!!!! It happens exactly to the Mak's wonton shop in Jordan. There is now a funny phenomenon. Tourists are now queuing outside the next door wonton shop which has been there for ages. They provide the same quality food but at a much reasonable market price. Thank God! It has no Michelin star.....Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
