We were at bondi when a sudden craving for ribs hit. Whilst Hurricanes was closed, Hurricanes Express was luckily still open for takeaway orders. Hence, a full rack of pork ribs ($27) served with chippies was ordered.

A huge rack of ribs was revealed - juicy, tender, tasty and yummy. Although given a knife and fork, ribs are always yummier when eaten with hands :) I purposely avoided eating too much carbon but it did give an awesome chargilled fill to it.

After polishing these ribs at 4pm in the afternoon - we weren't hungry for quite some time. Even after walking and looking at all the sculptures by the sea.
